On May 29, 2024, the Attorney General of Saudi Arabia, Sheikh Saud Almuejab, visited the Supreme Court and met with the Minister of National Court Administration, Honorable Justice Chun Dae-yup of Korea. The purpose of his visit was to promote exchanges and strengthen cooperation in the area of criminal justice between the Republic of Korea and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Supreme Court welcomed the Attorney General as part of his visit to the Supreme Prosecutors' Office of the Republic of Korea.

Minister Chun and Attorney General Sheikh Saud Almuejab engaged in a fruitful discussion, exchanging views on various topics, including the two countries' judicial systems and administration procedures. The visit of Saudi Arabia's Attorney General is expected to serve as an occasion to further mutual understanding of the judicial systems between the two countries and promote judicial exchanges in the future.
