¢Ã The Judicial Policy Research Institute(JRTI) which was established in January 1, 2014 as an institution under the Supreme Court for the research on judicial system and trial system marked its 6th anniversary and published its 100th Research Report ‘A Study on the Desirable Development Direction of Electronic Criminal Litigation in Korea’ in April, 2020. ¢Ã A considerable number of published research reports have already borne fruits such as legislation. ¢Ã ‘A Study on the Desirable Development Direction of Electronic Criminal Litigation in Korea,’ which was published this time, looks through the issues which might occur when the electronic criminal litigation is introduced in Korea and reviews foreign legislations on this topic. This research will be useful in the legislative process of the newly started 21st National Assembly. ¢Ã Previously published Reports such as ‘A Research on the Development of Leveled Mock Trial Scripts for Middle and High School Students’ or ‘A Research on Lecture Programs of Law-Related Education for Teachers’ will also contribute to online education in the time of social distancing to prevent the spread of COVID 19. ¢Ã The materials including Research Reports published by JRTI are available via online. Just visit the website (jpri.scourt.go.kr) and download a PDF file. A person who wants to receive a Research Report in printed form can get a Report for free, by only paying for the shipping. ¢Ã The Research Reports of JRTI have received significant attention from the people, as total clicks for the reports reached about 160,000. All members of JRTI will continuously keep trying to make an effort to undergird judicial policy for the people. |
