TITLE | Secretary-General of Courts Handling Civil Execution Matters |
---|---|
Joint Efforts by Court Officials to Address Trial Delays The Rule on Judicial Assistant Officials has been amended by the Supreme Court Justices Council on April 15, 2024. The amendment allows for the appointment of Judicial Assistant Officers from among the Secretary-Generals of each court primarily handling judicial administrative affairs, who completed the judicial assistant officers training or have relevant experience as judicial assistant officers. This amendment includes provisions for concurrent offices and is set to be implemented during the regular personnel shift on July 1, 2024. Having Secretary-Generals take on the duties of a judicial assistant official, it is anticipated that this will help expedite trials in the areas for which the judicial assistant official is responsible. |
