¡á The Supreme Court will implement the issuance service of an electronic certificate of registered matters through the Mobile Internet Registry Office app to facilitate the issuance of certificates for citizens from December 1. Accordingly, the entire process, from applying for the issuance of an electronic certificate of registered matters to submitting My Data, will be possible through smartphones and is expected to improve people’s convenience dramatically. ¡á In addition to the mobile issuance of an electronic certificate of registered matters, the Supreme Court will add the ‘My Real Estate of Interest’ function to the Mobile Internet Registry Office to provide a simple inquiry function for real estate registration details, a real estate transaction checklist, and a link to the actual transaction price (based on registration). ¡á In addition, to respond to the public’s demand for a contactless work process by encouraging electronic documents, the Supreme Court will waive fees for those who receive an electronic certificate of registered mattes for their real estate via mobile or PC. The Supreme Court amended the ‘Fee Rules for Certificates of Registered Matters, etc.’ containing these contents on October 16, 2023, and pilot implementation will begin on November 1. |
