Summary
[1] Whether not only the combination of designs falling under Article 5 (1) 1 and 2 of the Design Protection Act but also easily created designs by each of the above designs can be registered as designs pursuant to Article 5 (2) of the Design Protection Act [2] We affirm the judgment below which invalidated the registration because the registered design which has the ""wattmeter box"" as the designated product constitutes a design that can be created with an easy modification of the compared design by a person with ordinary skill in the art to which the design pertains
