In a case where acts under each item of Article 2 Subparag. 1 of the former Act on Punishment of Crime of Stalking are evaluated as sufficient to induce anxiety or fear in another person, by whom the said acts are perceived, from an objective and general point of view, whether the said acts constitute the “acts of stalking” regardless of whether the person to whom the acts were directed actually felt anxiety or fear (affirmative)
