In cases where a military court, pursuant to Article 2(1)1 of the Military Court Act, has jurisdiction over a civilian who committed at least one offense specified under any of the subparagraphs of Article 1(4) of the Military Criminal Act, whether the military court has jurisdiction over other general crimes that were previously or subsequently committed (negative) In the event a civilian, who committed multiple offenses, was charged in a single count on the ground that the military crime specified under each subparagraph of Article 1(4) of the Military Criminal Act and the general crime were regarded as concurrent crimes under Article 37 of the Criminal Act, which court has jurisdiction (i.e., military courts have jurisdiction over specific military criminal cases and general courts have jurisdiction over general criminal cases), and whether the competent military or general court can render a judgment over the entire case (negative)
